If you need to make friends with the bar manager. I worked at a pub in college and I get all my kegs through them.

Re: Kegerator Upgrade for Guinness

Where do you guys live ?! Guinness itself, however, has gone up 15% since last year. For our St. Patrick's Day Party we have scaled down the psi to 18-22 psi to accommodate the thirsty masses -- it's a faster pour but not organoleptically significantly different pint and we go through the first keg in less than 3 hours. We ratchet it up the next day for the purists that are left. It saves on the N2/CO2 tank and does not appreciably diminish a fresh keg.

Re: Kegerator Upgrade for Guinness

Adjusted the psi and temperature for the guinness keg just a bit based on the recommendation of a Guinness delivery guy. 28 psi and 35 degrees F.

Re: Kegerator Upgrade for Guinness

Rock.
